New hair + voting

Hey guys!! I wanted to share something that I did today. Not to get political or anything. But I voted today! It is my first time voting in a presidential election. I have voted in smaller races within my state but nothing this large. 

I love being able to vote. I consider it a privilege and I think that everyone who is able should take part. It is the best way to let your voice be heard whatever your political leanings.

Also I wanted to share my new hair! I got the bangs cut about two weeks ago. I'm not super happy with how they were cut so I'm not sure if I will go back there nevertheless I'm happy with the style. :-) also it's cold so the perfect time to try bangs out.

If I went Shopping today....

I would want to go to H&M and Forever 21. I love both of these stores! Also the Forever 21 at the mall closest to me just reopened from a HUGE renovation. I am really excited.

Items that I want from Forever 21-

There are a few springy looking items on the board but I think they could be mixed with different fall items to make them not as springy.  Also I am trying to decide if I like the sweaters with the printing on them. But I think that the frenchy one is adorable. Denim shirts, can never have enough. I now have bangs and I have been experimenting with different vintage feeling hair styles so I think the hair flowers would be really cute. Finally I am in LOVE with the polka dot with leather trim sneakers. I think I am definitely getting those on Saturday.

Items that I want from H&M-
Whenever I venture into H&M I end up finding something I love. I really want a motorcycle jacket either a traditional leather or the tweed one below would be awesome. I also love the lace dresses and chiffon tops from them. I end up doing mostly neutrals with a pop of color there.

Wyatt's Birthday

Hello!

Last Sunday I went to my cousin Wyatt's third birthday. It was at a local park with a pavilion next to a playground. They also rented a bouncy house and a small train that would take the kids around the park. The kids had a ball! It was train themed because Wyatt is in love with Thomas The Train. I even got in the bouncy house with the boys and let them throw balloons at me.

I thought that I would post some of the pictures from the party. My Aunt Jen did a great job decorating and I want to show off her good work. The paper goods are from the etsy seller Ian & Lola. They have really adorable products! I do not have my own photograph of the invitation but this is a photograph from their website. 

I love the invitation I think it totally shows the theme of the party. 

The transfers for the cupcakes are Ian & Lola.

 The Birthday Cake was from Barb the Cake Lady.

 I loved all of the red and blue. And my Aunt made little table decorations with a #3 candle and skittles.

 The bouncy house was even red and blue!

 They loved it!

 And the train was really cool!
